Founded in Fresno in 1936 as West Coast Venetian Blind Company, West Coast Draperies has grown into one of the oldest and most respected window covering companies in Fresno. When asked how we did it the answer is simple. We never outgrew our customers. We provide top quality service at an affordable price and we work very hard to ensure that you are completely satisfied. In a hand picked tradition, each successive owner has started at the bottom and worked their way up to ownership.
Josh comes from a long line of business owners and military veterans. His family has started a trucking company, machine shop, cosmetics stores and water contracting businesses. He served as a United States Marine from 1998 to 2003 and was awarded several medals and citations for his service before being honorably discharged as a Sargent.
Danielle Morrison has been in the window covering business her entire life. Her Father, Lanny raised her in the business and taught her every facet. She was undergoing her medical degree when her father was diagnosed with cancer in 2003. She quit her job to work full time for her father and assumed control of the company in 2004 when he was too sick to work. She hired her husband (Josh) and the two have been running the company ever since.
